Because digital crochet patterns are downloadable products, returns may not be possible after the file has been delivered or downloaded.

If you purchased the wrong item, received an incomplete or corrupted file, or experience a technical problem with your download, please contact us and we will review the issue.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the problem.
